Light Meditation


- The light meditation is a perfect way to enhance your own personal energy.

- This meditation involves the use of visualization to achieve a state of peace.

- Many individuals often refer to the light meditation method as the "white-light" method. Many have used this method to positively affect whatever they hold in the image of white energy. I have personally used this method on my own time to visualize my 'angry boss' surrounded by this glow of white light. This method is a great way to improve unhealthy relationships and I must say the healing results are interesting.

START HERE: Do This Body Relaxtion Technique Before any Meditation!

The Method

1. Begin the light meditation by visualizing every breath in to be a breath of white light. Imagine your lungs are being filled with brightness, energizing and cleansing your body. Consider this energy be infinite and contain elements of love and healing.

2. With each exhalation, see your breath as coming out as black smoke. This is all the negativity stored in your body. See it billowing out your nose and dissipating into the air leaving permanently.

3. Continue this cleansing for a few minutes.

4. Secondly you will begin to visualize a thick warm beam travelling into your body coming from above your head, and passing through your body then looping back around and coming back up your spine. Feel the intense energy passing through your body. Feel the beam in all its joy, that delicious energy travelling up your spine slowly, saturating your body.

5. Lastly, see, feel & know the energy’s presence enveloping your body. Visualize it filling every inch of your body, leaving nothing overlooked.

Important Note

- You should try to feel a pleasant feeling emanating from the base of your spine and radiating through your whole body. This will be as a very faint or foggy feeling at first, but as this visualization technique is repeated, the sensation can become extremely intense and deeply pleasurable beyond description.

- This technique is quite easy for good visualizers. If you have trouble visualizing the light, try to imagine heat instead of the white light.
